Hector is an Enable Founding Partner with wide experience working as Operations and Commercial Manager. He is currently the CEO of the company. He is in charge of executing business strategies and representing company operations in the Business Board.
His expertise has been linked to several industries such as Manufacturing, Finance and Oil & Gas. He is also a member of the board of several other for-profit and non-profit organizations.

Martha is a firm partner responsible for Global Shared Services, including the Operational Excellence Office, Human Potential Management, Research & Development and Marketing.
She has wide professional experience as a Product and Project Manager in Financial Industries. She started at Enable as a consultant and later founded the Analytics Business department, providing her expertise for strategic and operational management models. She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix.

Partner in charge of the Commercial Department at Enable Mexico, he is responsible for strategic project development, with experience in several fields, including Finances, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas and Government Agencies. He holds a BA Degree in Information Technology Management from ITESM – CEM.
Ernesto holds a variety of International Business Trainings and Certifications from Instituto Tecnologico de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey.

He is in charge of strategic project delivery and process development, with a strong focus on Logistics and Manufacturing and more than 40 years of experience. His business vision and broad knowledge of processes make him an outstanding professional for developing business solutions.
Francisco also holds several certifications in Supply Chain Solutions.

Gabriel joined Enable in 2019 to lead the opening the branch office in Chile, being responsible for the development expansion strategy plan and consolidating strategic partnerships.
He is an Industrial Civil Engineer with wide experience in business and technology, specialized in industries such as CPG, Manufacturing and Agriculture. He has led important projects related to business data intelligence.

Paolo holds a BA in Economics from the United States Air Force Academy, with an MBA of International Economics from the University of Applied Sciences in Berlin. He has been a military pilot with more than 17 years working in Process and Technology Consulting for Manufacturing, Retail and Service Companies.
He currently works as Country Manager for Enable’s Global branch office in Peru and actively participates in initiatives related to digital transformation based on Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.

Mel has more than 20 years of experience participating and developing projects in the industrial-digital world, being considered a thought leader of the “Reliability as a Service” concept.
He has been a business leader for LATAM GE Digital. As a team member at Enable, he is involved in advising global industry participants on how to use data as a significant asset to increase competitiveness and taking advantage of the reliability concept potential as a driver of profitability. He is a graduate of Pomona College in Claremont, CA.
